Relation Insurance Services has strengthened its footprint in the specialty insurance market with the strategic acquisition of True-Course Aviation Insurance Services Inc. Based in Camarillo, California, True-Course Aviation is a renowned brokerage focusing on aviation clients, including aircraft manufacturers, flight schools, and corporate aviation operators. This significant acquisition, effective March 31, 2025, marks a pivotal step for Relation as it diversifies its offerings and builds on its expertise within niche markets. Although the financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, the acquisition is set to enhance Relation's ability to serve its clients with comprehensive aviation insurance solutions.

A key figure in this acquisition is True-Course's owner, Alejandro Galioto, who will continue to steer the aviation insurance operations at Relation. Carolina Heritage specializes in high-net-worth personal insurance lines, and the acquisition was motivated by the desire to provide clients with expanded resources and carrier access. Owners John Alagna and Cara Crouch have continued to lead the firm. Additionally, Relation acquired First Insurance, part of FirstBank Inc., in Durant, Oklahoma with the transaction completed on April 1, 2024. First Insurance offers comprehensive coverage options, spanning commercial, personal, farm, ranch, and manufacturing needs, with Dina Wagner maintaining leadership of the Durant office.
